We worked directly with Hays Travel to ideate and produce three new TV adverts to show the breadth of product and services offered to their customers.
The 2025 campaign was Hays biggest investment in advertising to date, involving a close collaboration between Toast, directing duo the Nott Brothers and the Hays internal creative and marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels - TV, radio, print and out-of-home.
The creative takes the experience of booking a holiday in branch and marries it with the excitement of reaching your holiday destination. We wanted to bring to life Hay’s Travel’s friendly, fun personalised service with a concept that reinforces the trusted expertise and human warmth that their reputation is built on.
The three adverts demonstrate the breadth of holiday product Hay’s offer customers whether it be a long haul to Peru, a family beach holiday in Europe or a luxury cruise.
